Chocolate chip cookies Ingredients: 200g butter,1 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 2 ¼ cup flour , 1 ½ tsp baking powder
,1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 180 celsius fan bake, cream butter sugar and vanilla essence until light and fluffy. then beat in the egg.
- Mix in sifted flour, baking powder and chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into balls and place on baking trays lined with baking paper, press them down a little bit with a fork. Leave a space between each cookie because it will spread. Bake for 15 -20 mins
